Lifetime Subscription

A subscription granted upon a one-time, prepaid payment that provides the subscriber with continuous access to eligible content and features available on the Platform for the duration of the Platform’s operational lifetime, subject at all times to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable usage policies.

For the avoidance of doubt, “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Platform and its services, and not the lifetime of the subscriber.

The Lifetime Subscription includes access to content, features, and services designated as part of the Lifetime Subscription at the time of purchase, which may be updated, modified, added to, or removed at True Ilm’s discretion.

Certain premium content, third-party licensed materials, live programs, events, or future services may be excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

True Ilm reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the platform, including content offerings, features, delivery methods, or service structure, provided that the core value of the Lifetime Subscription is maintained.

A Lifetime Subscription is non-transferable, non-refundable, and limited to personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all Subscriptions and Orders, including Lifetime Subscriptions, are non-refundable once access to the Platform has been granted or the Services have been used, whichever occurs first.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for partial use, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the content after access has begun.

For the avoidance of doubt, downloading, streaming, or accessing any content on the Platform constitutes use of the Services.

Nothing in this Clause shall affect any rights which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
